1. How does the ordering process work?
Once you place an order on our website, our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp to confirm the details. We’ll also contact the recipient (the person receiving the gift) to arrange delivery. You’ll be kept updated every step of the way — from preparation to delivery.
2. Can I order from outside Afghanistan?
Yes! You can place orders from anywhere in the world. We’ll take care of fulfilling and delivering your gifts locally in Afghanistan.
3. How will I know when my order is delivered?
We’ll send you updates on WhatsApp as your order progresses — including confirmation once it has been successfully delivered.
4. What happens after I order a custom cake?
For custom-made cakes, our team will contact you on WhatsApp after you place your order to discuss your desired design, flavor, size, message, and any special details before confirming.
5. Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Yes, absolutely. Just mention your preferred delivery date in the order notes or during our WhatsApp confirmation chat, and we’ll make sure it’s delivered on time.
6. Do you deliver outside Kabul?
We currently deliver in Kabul and select nearby areas. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to a specific location, please message us on WhatsApp — we’ll confirm right away.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can request changes or cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible on WhatsApp. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal.
All card payments are securely processed through PayPal, so after clicking “Pay with PayPal”, you’ll see an option to pay with a credit or debit card — even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
9. What if the recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery team will try to contact the recipient to reschedule delivery. If we can’t reach them, we’ll update you immediately and work with you to find the best solution.
